On our ships or in the office – dedication comes natural to the staff of Harms Bergung. Each problem posed by a customer is a challenge in itself and is looked after with speed and expertise.
The fact that specialists are also "on board" in the management is something our customers particularly value – the fact that both managing directors have active seafaring origins: on the nautical side Klaus Dieter Mayer as master mariner and Michael Albrecht on the technical side as chief engineer. Both have personally worked on the winch, are familiar inside and out with the problems arising, and both are quick to come up with practical and feasible solutions. With additional experts coming from the industrial side of business, our range of know-how is enhanced considerably.
This non-restricted approach has proven well in the past; many technical innovations in the area of floating sheerlegs, salvage and transport equipment, for instance, originate at our place.
